I first came to the salon in Orbita on 22 January 2023, I was served by the sales assistant Marina. And a week later, on 29 January 2023, I came with my wife, and this time a young girl was working.

On the first visit, the sales assistant Marina seemed to me a competent and sociable person.
Disliked
The second time, the young girl turned out to be a very incompetent and greedy specialist, I don't understand how they hire people like that. I ordered three pairs of expensive frames and three pairs of expensive lenses for them. At first they promised discounts, but when I got home and looked at the receipts, it turned out that no discount had been made for one pair of frames and for one pair of lenses they charged for the work, although even in small salons when buying a frame and lenses the work is free. On top of that, they made very thick lenses, although they could have been thinner, but they didn't even tell me about it. In the end, I was left very dissatisfied with both the service and the work.

Yesterday I came to this place to have photochromic lenses fitted into my frame. The manager Marina recommended Japanese lenses to me and explained in detail what their quality is like. I agreed, placed the order, and already today at the promised time she called and said that the glasses were ready and I could pick them up.

Yesterday I came, quickly chose glasses, had the diagnostics done and placed an order. Today I was given the finished glasses exactly on time, as promised. I don't know about the 15 minutes, but that is usually how it is in most opticians, especially if you get specialised lenses, like I did.

Marina is a very polite and pleasant woman! She explained everything to me clearly and told me everything, it was very pleasant to work with her. The choice is not very large, but good: many nice models for any budget, there are inexpensive frames, there are more expensive, more branded ones. When choosing, Marina recommended specific frames with a more durable frame, for which I am very grateful. Wonderful optician's, I liked everything: fast, high quality, good choice and excellent service. I will come here for my next pair too.

I had an appointment where an ophthalmologist checked my eyesight and wrote out a prescription. The manager Marina helped me choose a frame and lenses. Within just 15 minutes I was given the finished glasses.
