I went to Mustafayeva Diana Maratovna at Mediker on Satpayev, and I'm very glad that she returned there. Also, at the beginning of the pandemic, when everyone was having a hard time, she saw me and my husband online and made prescriptions remotely.

For me she is a doctor from God — an excellent professional and a very competent specialist. As a person she is kind and responsive, she will always listen to my complaints and write out a good prescription. On behalf of our whole family, I am very grateful to Diana Maratovna and wish her good health, happiness and prosperity. I would like there to be more such doctors in our city and in our country.

I had to go to this clinic, and the appointment left a bad impression.
Disliked
It seems to me that one should not get treatment here: the doctors do not perform their duties properly and communicate rudely. On top of that, I had to wait an extra half hour even though I arrived on time. Huge thanks to Mediker for that.

I did not like that the doctor takes phone calls during an appointment. It is unclear when this will ever end — does anyone ever take your phone away?
