I booked an appointment, called three times, and even phoned before coming — the dentist Artyom Yemelyanovich confirmed that he had booked me in. I came, even though it's very far from my home, I say that I'm down for 11. There was another person there who also said he had been booked for 11. We stand there, waiting. The doctor came out, I say that I'm booked for 11, and he replies: no, young lady, you're not in the appointment book. I showed him that I had even called before coming, but he denied everything.

I'm in shock at this doctor, what a mess! I had a very bad toothache, I had to look for another dentist the same day, I wasted a load of time and booked with goodness knows whom, because the tooth hurt badly. Rubbish. And on top of that he looks me brazenly in the eyes and says I didn't call, even though I showed him the call log.

He is a wonderful doctor, he copes with the most difficult cases, he has a lucky hand, he is a professional. As a person he is good and attentive. He is a doctor from God, he does his work not for money, but for quality. I always recommend him to everyone and have never complained about his work.
