The appointment took place with the oralman doctor Tursynbek Yerzhan, who sees patients at 28 Kokshetauskaya Street. He could not give me an accurate diagnosis and did not say anything definite. For the diagnosis itself I was charged 3,000 tenge. Yesterday he sold us vitamins, each costing from 1,000 to 2,000 tenge, and in total it came to 25,000 tenge. He also takes an informal receipt.

The doctor cannot make an accurate diagnosis. He works on the principle of "money upfront" and sells Chinese medicines above cost price. Very rude, uncultured — in a word, a formal medical centre that makes money by deception. All the vitamins he sold us yesterday cost from 250 tenge and above, but he sold them for 25,000 tenge, each at 1,000–2,000 tenge. For the diagnosis he charged 3,000 tenge, but could not say anything definite. Without money he will not even look at you. When we found out about the cost price of the medicines, we were in shock. He also takes an informal receipt — I know that he deceives and resells medicines.
