This doctor's appointment wasn't right for me, although perhaps she does help some people.

You have to wait a very long time to book an appointment, it takes up a lot of time. The doctor doesn't remember her patients and behaves not very tactfully.

Appointment with Kopylova: I was booked in for 11:30, but I sat in the corridor together with other women in masks for about 1 hour and waited. The doctor sees patients thoroughly, conducts the examination in detail, and doesn't prescribe anything unnecessary.

No matter how good a specialist a doctor may be, they should value other people's time. If you're booked in for 11:30, it's better to arrive around midday, otherwise you'll sit in the queue in the corridor with other women, in a mask, for about 1 hour and wait. Kopylova won't even apologise, she'll just say that this is how she sees patients. She doesn't charge cheaply for her services. Here you either put up with her appointments or look for another specialist.

Thanks to her, many women in Kazakhstan were able to become mothers, and thanks to her so many children were born. She is the most experienced gynaecologist in our entire republic.
