My son and I got an appointment with the surgeon, and he reacted quickly and prescribed effective treatment.

The medical centre is not bad, better than state polyclinics. It is always clean inside, it is even pleasant to go into the toilet. I really liked the surgeon — he reacted quickly when my son and I got an appointment with him, and gave effective treatment. Overall we are satisfied.

I went to this medical centre, and there they prescribed treatment for bronchitis with milk and soda.
Disliked
The medical centre is awful, I wouldn't advise going there. They treat bronchitis with milk and soda, as if we were in the Stone Age. The medical staff are rude, it's impossible to get through to the medical centre, and the nurses behave like managers. There are no specialists, everyone is sent to the city. They don't know how to treat, they show what's written in the book, and immediately send you to hospital to be admitted on a drip.

Both the doctor and the nurse work sluggishly. The nurse issued the referral only after about 30 minutes, and even then I had to enter the office twice. Whenever you call — either one is not there, or the other. I was left disappointed.

I came with a referral for a PCR test, but I was refused a free test under state insurance. They explained this by saying that at the time of my visit I had no fever and outwardly I looked healthy. At the same time, in another private clinic I had an open sick leave certificate, and a high fever had persisted for a week. I paid for the test, and COVID was confirmed.
