My husband went for a sports massage, and I myself had taping done.
Disliked
My husband didn't like the sports massage: it was very painful, then his body ached for several days, and he was covered in bruises. And my taping was done poorly — the next day it all came off. We won't go there again.

The specialists are very good. Anvar helped me get rid of heel fasciitis (a spur) — we fought persistently, and now I can not only walk but also run. Sergey and Lyoma did massage, after which the back pain went away. A special thank you to my manual therapist Danila for my 'new' back — the pain in my back and neck disappeared. Great guys, superb specialists!

I came for a massage twice, and given my pregnancy it was done in a sitting position. The first time I could still lie on my stomach, but the second time they sat me on a chair and massaged my neck.

After the massage, by the way, I felt relief. I will come again. There are, in principle, no problems with parking if you come during the day or in the morning.
