I went with my two children to an ENT doctor to have their noses rinsed, and I brought the prescription from the previous ENT doctor. The doctor rinsed my 3-month-old baby's nose with a 50 ml syringe. Then she asked me, 'Is that it?' She didn't even look at the prescription I brought. She rinsed both of my children's noses with furacillin. She charged 5,000 tenge for this. The next day I went to an ENT doctor at another clinic. She did a full examination of both children for 4,000 tenge, took a history, and gave a consultation.

The doctor didn't look at the previous ENT doctor's prescription, rinsed my 3-month-old baby's nose with a 50 ml syringe, then asked, 'Is that it?' She rinsed both of my children's noses with furacillin and charged 5,000 tenge for this.

I was in the treatment room, and it turned out to be simply awful.
Disliked
The nurse didn't change her gloves even once yesterday: she measured my blood pressure, gave me injections, set up drips, and straightened the sheets — and all of this over 2 hours in the same gloves. When I asked her to change her gloves periodically, she said, 'If you don't like it, you don't have to come.'

I had an appointment with the ENT doctor Bizhanova Gulpara. She examined my ear, prescribed treatment, blew out my ear, and washed out my sinusitis.
