I recently went into this optician to change the lenses in my frames. I was greeted by Madina — very warmly, in a homely, friendly way, like a dear guest, and that immediately made me warm to her.

Madina consulted me competently and professionally, she heard all my specific wishes — not every specialist listens to a client like that. She selected the lenses according to my wishes and gave me a small discount, which was very nice. The order was completed quickly and on time, within the deadlines stated on the receipt. I am happy with the result. I will come again for sunglasses, which Madina recommended. Thank you for your work.
