My little sister Säule Oshakbayevna is currently receiving treatment at the “Young Hearts” care home, and I am writing this review based on my own experience.
Liked
The care home is clean and bright, the care is excellent, the attitude towards people is kind and humane. There is an opportunity to see your loved one by video, as well as care for their physical and mental health. Honestly, it is hard to believe that such a thing exists, but it really does! I am very grateful to the staff.

My mum, who is 87 years old, was admitted to the care home in April 2023. She had swelling in her legs, depression due to several heart conditions, and she could not walk.

I want to thank the entire staff of the care home and especially Raushan for looking after my mother. Thanks to their heartfelt attitude and patience towards elderly people, my mother literally got back on her feet. I also thank the general practitioner-cardiologist Koshkinbayev Zhenis Bakhyitovich for his professionalism and correctly selected medications. Health and patience to everyone in their difficult work.
