I booked an MRI on a referral from Med. Centre on 2 December 2023 for 3 December 2023, at 15:15.
Disliked
They accepted my referral, but there was no attention at all: at that moment there was a live queue of paying clients there. I sat for more than half an hour and demanded explanations, and the girl at the reception, half-asleep, replied that there was a live queue here. Then why have an appointment? And I advise the owner to check the takings at weekends.

I tried to contact the clinic on 16.07.2022 using the numbers provided, but I could not get through. I also wrote on WhatsApp, but there was no answer there either. The time was 08.50.

I had a CT scan done, they gave me the disc quickly, and the result was ready within 3-4 hours.

The quality of service is absolutely excellent. The reception and administration staff were kind and answered my questions clearly. The CT scan was done quickly, and the result was ready within 3-4 hours. I was one hundred per cent satisfied with their work.

On 1.06.22 at 12:35 I called to book a CT scan. The girl who answered the phone said that CT scans were not being done at the moment. I asked her to let us know when CT scans were being done, and we would come.
Disliked
The girl on the phone spoke very rudely. She answered me: "How should I know when it will be done? We can't manage to call all of you, there are too many of you! Go somewhere else!" It seems she has forgotten that they make a living thanks to patients like us. People don't contact the clinic out of arrogance. Since it is a paid place, they could show a little humanity towards a person who is calling in distress!

I came to the MRI Expert Almaty centre, where I was greeted at reception by a girl named Altynai.
Liked
Altynai is a very polite, knowledgeable girl who provides excellent service to patients. The prices are the lowest in the city. The services are of a high standard. I recommend this centre to all of you. It would be great if you gave Altynai a bonus!
