My appointment at this clinic left me with a bad impression.
Disliked
I do not recommend going to this clinic: the staff behave rather rudely, and that is not even the main thing. The cost of the service turned out to be different from what they had quoted in their own call centre.

For a whole year I could not bring myself to have an MRI of the brain, because I was afraid and suffered from claustrophobia. But the administrator Natalya helped me overcome my fear, and I agreed after all.

I urgently needed a CT scan and to get the report quickly, because a hospital admission depended on it. In the middle of the day I booked at this centre for 19:00, and the operator said the report would be ready the next day by 12:00. When I arrived at the place, it turned out that it was not by 12:00 but after 14:00 — and that can be understood any way you like: 20:00, or another day — it is all "after 14:00".
Disliked
It was a disgusting experience. The employee at the reception could not clarify anything or explain clearly, she shoved a business card at me so that I would call myself and find out when the report would be ready. I was in the clinic, a representative of the clinic was in front of me, and yet I was offered to clarify everything by phone. And that is with the price of a CT scan at 20k tenge. I, of course, refused: we lost half a day, the clinic lost money. Bloom, Kazakhstan!
