I came to this centre with a referral under OSMS.
Disliked
The administration of this centre creates bureaucracy out of nowhere where it is not needed at all. Why even register those who came here with a referral under OSMS? I waited almost an hour. After all, the service will be reflected in the internal reporting system anyway. They create inconvenience for themselves and at the same time harm patients.

Hello. I would like to thank the surgeon Yermashov Bolat Shaikhidinovich — he is a competent specialist with golden hands and a kind heart. Also many thanks to all the staff. While I was there before surgery for gallstone disease and after it, everything was clear, organised and well-run. The team works as a single whole.

The wards are clean, the food is tasty. The staff are polite and friendly. The cleaners, nurses, kitchen staff, the attending physician and the anaesthesiologist — they are all great. I wish everyone health, well-being, success in everything and successful operations.

I believe the medical profession is the greatest and most sacred profession. The work of the specialists who stand on the front line saving human lives is immense. I came at 8 in the morning, I was given ticket number 48 for the cash desk. I only got to the cash desk at 8:55, where the referral was registered. Then I went up to the 5th floor for an X-ray, and at 9:25 I am still standing in the queue.
Disliked
If you are referred here under the OSMS — run or ask to go somewhere else. So much time wasted: from 8 in the morning to 9:25, and all because of the queues. I couldn't care less about such OSMS. I personally have no complaints about the centre's staff.
