I had an experience of contacting the paediatric department, and getting an appointment there turned out to be very difficult.
It is simply impossible to get through to the paediatric department. When you barely manage to get an appointment, the attitude towards children is very terrible. The appointments themselves are very formal, there is no benefit from them — it would be better to cancel the mandatory consultations several times a year altogether. I was left with an extremely negative impression of all the commissions held there: the doctors hate their work and their patients so much that it is impossible to communicate with them.
I went there for help, and in my experience there they can drive any healthy person to the state of a sick one.
All the doctors — both of the adult and the paediatric department — seemed unprofessional to me and behaved rudely and arrogantly, as if they were the centre of the universe.
I had to deal with the reception during an appointment.
At the reception they spoke to me rudely, as if I were calling them at home.
The appointment went terribly: the employee shown in the photo insulted me and stated that Russians have no place here.
I believe the staff of this centre should be checked for mental health. I was insulted and humiliated because of my nationality. Is the country really so short of personnel that they hire just anyone.
I needed to get through to get help, but the line is busy all the time, and you have to wait.
Can't something be done so the line isn't busy? When a person really needs help, they will go out of their mind while trying to get through.
The appointment with the doctor left me with an unbearable impression.
It was unbearable for me.
I had an experience of communicating with the paediatric department by phone, and it left an extremely unpleasant impression.
During an in-person visit the staff seemed friendly to me.
The service is terrible. At the reception of the paediatric department they hang up mid-sentence. On the phone they treat parents rudely. The line is staffed by nothing but boors, though in person everything is different.
I got an appointment, and this place turned out to be nothing like an ordinary hospital.
This is not a hospital, but a real madhouse.
The appointment took place, and I was absolutely delighted with the specialists.
These are the very best specialists, and the neurologist here is the best in the city. I want to express enormous gratitude.
I have not been an inpatient, but I would not mind lying there too.
I would also like to lie there, like some people.
Others just complain, but I would gladly lie there.
I called the call centre, and they shouted at me there.
I did not understand why they yelled at me at the call centre.
