I consulted the dentist Zharmedenov Bauken at the «Nurly zhol» clinic in the village of Bulakty, Karasai district.
Liked
The doctor is very responsive and friendly, knows his trade, a clean, neat and competent specialist, he approaches his work conscientiously. Even small children and teenagers are surprised that he treats teeth painlessly, and they themselves speak positively of him. Thank you to Bauken for his excellent work.

I had tests done, and I had to wait 10 days for the result. When I called to find out, I was told to wait.
Disliked
The wait for test results lasts 10 days. When I call, I'm told to wait, and on the other end of the line you can hear the staff talking about life and everything else. In my opinion, this is just the bottom.

I underwent treatment in the day hospital at this medical centre, and for me it was completely free thanks to OSMS.

The centre is new, the design is snow-white, clean, everything is new. The nurses are friendly. They gave me good medicines by drip, my therapist praised them. Thank you.

I wanted to book an appointment, but no one answers the number, and the clinic doesn't work on Sunday.
Disliked
They don't answer calls, and they don't work on Sunday, although 2GIS states that the clinic is open. I don't understand why a private clinic doesn't work at weekends.
