The appointment took place, but it was impossible to get through to the clinic.
Disliked
The reception works terribly: you can't get through, there is still a whole hour until the end of the working day, but all the phones — both landlines and mobile — just hang up. Surely there can't be a queue and not a minute to answer a call.

I came to the clinic, and at the entrance a girl at the reception met me.

The girl at the reception of Slavic nationality was very kind: in heavy rain she dried my umbrella, spoke politely — this left a pleasant impression of the clinic.
Disliked
But the Kazakh woman who took the payment had a sour face.

I had an appointment with Anar Kumarovna and I want to say that she is a true professional, a doctor from God, who sincerely loves her profession.

I really liked that Anar Kumarovna is a truly unique professional in our healthcare system, where everything is falling apart. She works by vocation and deserves nothing but gratitude. I want to wish her good health and to pay no attention to the occasional dissatisfied clients who tarnish the image of such doctors.

I was in this centre, and the appointment with the ultrasound doctor left me with an extremely heavy impression.
Disliked
The centre is disgusting, the service is terrible. The ultrasound doctor behaves like a 'star' — I have never seen such an attitude towards patients. The clinic is a mess, nothing is organised. I am in shock, it is the first time I have encountered this. I do not recommend it to anyone!

The mammologist Tanzharykov Ye.S. — the whole centre rests on him. The ultrasound doctor is also not bad.
Disliked
You sit in a queue for the ultrasound doctor for 3-4 hours, because she has no appointments by booking. It is better to have an ultrasound somewhere else, and then come to the mammologist by appointment. Because of the ultrasound there is a mess, and you can lose a whole day.
