Today we visited the clinic, at the entrance I was met by the administrator Kuanysh.
Liked
The administrator Kuanysh is very attentive and responsive. We got an appointment with the epileptologist Kairullayev Kairat Kenesbayevich — he is a very competent specialist with 15 years of experience, there are very few such specialists in Kazakhstan. If anyone needs a good epileptologist, I sincerely recommend him.

The appointment took place on time: I was booked in and seen at the appointed time, without waiting in queues. If a slot appeared, they called me back themselves and offered me to come earlier.

I want to thank the clinic's staff — everyone is very responsive, polite and, most importantly, qualified, starting with the administrator: always polite. It is a pleasure to come to such clinics. Thank you.

We booked an examination, and the day before the appointment they called us themselves and reminded us about the booking. We arrived in the middle of the night, as had been agreed, but we were turned away and told that we were booked for a different time.
Disliked
The clinic is terrible. They cannot sort out the booking for an examination here: they booked us for one time, then turned us away, saying that we were booked for a different time. Complete chaos.

I called the clinic many times, but no one picked up. I wrote on WhatsApp — they replied that they were talking on the phone, and that I was not the only one. I call — either it's switched off, or they don't answer. I write — they say they are talking on the phone.

Administration, can you fire Zhadyra M. She doesn't know how to talk on the phone, a terrible woman! The service is terrible. She doesn't know how to talk to patients. What are we even paying insurance for? We should complain to the department.

I called all the numbers, but no one answered. I arrived thinking that they work until 24:00, as stated in 2Gis, but on the spot it turned out that the reception works until 20:00.

The administration cannot organise a queue of people and shifts the responsibility onto the polyclinics, as if they send people that way, while here they take everyone like a fast-food joint. We only went because of a referral, but never again.
