Overall I like taking my son swimming.
Disliked
It's just that the administration's attitude towards parents is somewhat dismissive. When questions arise about missed sessions or rescheduling, they don't meet parents halfway. They say there are make-up sessions, but they inform you about the time of the make-up session on the day itself, so we still don't manage to get there with the child. The rules are somehow unclear and not written down anywhere, and the administration can change them however it suits them. They have no customer focus at all. I advise the owner of the centre to read all the reviews, because complaints specifically about the administration are not the first time.

I booked a trial lesson in advance and came, and they tell me there that the lesson was cancelled.
Disliked
Before that, I had read bad reviews here about the administration, but I still hoped that things weren't that bad. They didn't think to warn me about the cancellation, money was spent on the journey, I cancelled all my plans for this, and they don't care.

We recently started going to this swimming pool.

My daughter really liked the coach, she doesn't want to leave the pool, and 30 minutes at a time isn't enough for her ☺️. I like that the water is clean, and the changing room is spacious and convenient. Thanks to the administrator Gulvira — she is friendly and responsive.

It's just that they don't give out keys to the lockers, maybe you need to ask for them separately.

We went to a development centre.
Disliked
I didn't like it. The administrators don't work, they just sit around doing nothing. There is no control at all: no receipt, no slip. Overall, this centre leaves much to be desired. The programmes there are not fully developed at all, everything is very weak, and the staff are irresponsible.

We go with our child to the pool at this centre.

I really liked the centre: the pool is big, it's clean, the changing room is spacious, and it doesn't feel cramped at all. The trainers are qualified and love children. The school preparation teacher is also very good.
Disliked
But the director of the centre, Asel, is not customer-oriented at all and seems not to like children very much. The only goal is commerce. She doesn't want to engage with feedback, and there is no reaction to complaints. Only collecting money. A very strange approach.

We go to the swimming pool for toddlers, and the coach Alyona works with us.

The swimming pool is excellent, the coach Alyona is super, the child really likes it, we learnt to swim quickly. There is a sauna where you can warm up after the water. The mandatory certificates are a big plus, because they don't let you in without them. Thank you!
