The operator took a very long time to deal with me. I think operators need to be trained in how to properly sell your services.

I booked an appointment, but even so I then had to wait in the queue for a very long time before getting to the doctor.
Disliked
It is unclear why an appointment is needed if afterwards you sit in the queue for an hour and a half. For that kind of money, to lose half a day, and with a child as well, just sitting in the queue. So if anyone decides to go here — take plenty of patience with you.

I booked an appointment for 9, but even so I had to sit and wait in the walk-in queue. For the correction I needed to go through a lot, and I travelled from one clinic to another for a doctor's consultation.

I do not understand why book for 9 then, if you wait in the walk-in queue anyway. If I had known that in this clinic, for the correction, I would have to go through so much 10 times over and travel from one clinic to another for a doctor's consultation, I would have chosen another one. So much time and money spent — I am beside myself with anger.
