I made an appointment with a physician because of severe pain, and at the reception desk they told me to go specifically to the physician. At the appointment the physician stated that he could not help with anything and that I needed to see a gynaecologist, but there is no gynaecologist: one went on holiday, and there is no second one at all. The physician cannot even give a referral for an ultrasound.
Disliked
The clinic is awful, there are no doctors — how can you even open a clinic without doctors? Because of this I am suffering, and it is unclear why I should put up with it. I will definitely raise the issue of changing the clinic under my insurance — the company signed a contract with this clinic, that is why I made an appointment here. The reception desk is a separate topic: they are rude as if they were serving you for free, and the prices are, I would not say, affordable.
