I came to the appointment wanting to get a referral for tests, but the physician told me that approval for issuing referrals had not yet been received and that issuing would only begin in March.
Disliked
It is unclear why we pay into the OSMS then. Why could they not have warned about this in advance, when you book an appointment? There is a general chat that the nurse opened, why were patients not notified there? People take time off work and come, such an attitude is awful.
