We have been using this optician's for more than 8 years, and I like it very much.
Liked
Both the doctors and the girls always explain everything well and clearly — which frame is better and which lenses are more suitable. I always get French lenses. The specialists are very competent, and there have never been any problems.

I visited this optician's, and the visit left an extremely unpleasant impression.

Of all the staff, only the girl who checks eyesight worked properly.

The optician itself is disgusting, the service is terrible. The consultant at the desk was talking complete nonsense. Communication with clients and the service are simply appalling, I wouldn't advise anyone to go here.

The appointment with the doctor took place, and based on its results I was prescribed glasses.

The service turned out to be terrible. My eyesight was determined incorrectly, the glasses were also prescribed incorrectly, and the money was not refunded to me.
