My appointment was for 13:00, but Aizhan Serzhanovna was not there, and the administrator suggested I wait until 13:30.
Disliked
Clients' time is not valued here — I simply had to waste my time for nothing. I believe they are incompetent in their work, and they should learn how to manage appointments.

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed, and I ended up seeing Aizhan Yestayeva. She examined me carefully, figured out exactly what the problem was, and the extraction was quick and done at a professional level.

I came for an appointment with Aizhan Serzhanovna in my fifth month of pregnancy — I needed a tooth treated. I'm a difficult patient: I'm very afraid of dentists, and anaesthesia doesn't work on me.

The doctor turned out to be incredibly delicate, patient and understanding — I have never met anyone like her. The tooth was treated, and it no longer bothers me. And before my pregnancy I had a cleaning done by the same doctor — after it my teeth sparkled for a whole six months.
