I came for a certificate, but they did not issue it to me without an UDV.
Disliked
It is outrageous that a certificate is not given without an UDV, although now all documents are digital. This is backwardness!

My mother was in this hospital with a stroke more than 8 years ago. And today, 11.08.22, after 8 years, she ended up there again. After 5 hours I arrived at the hospital, and a doctor named Zhandos came out to me. He explained the whole situation in plain language, not in medical terms, quickly but clearly and distinctly.

When my mother was there more than 8 years ago, she praised the doctors very much — from the first day of admission — for their professionalism, humanity, attentiveness, for their work. Also for the food, the cleanliness of the hospital, the politeness of the nurses. And now I want to thank Zhandos and the entire hospital staff on behalf of my mother and myself. It is very important that a doctor can both work and devote time to relatives. Thank you for your work, patience to you, health to you and your loved ones. Thank you for what you do!

I call the numbers listed in 2GIS, and I am constantly redirected: one number does not exist at all, no one answers another, and the grandmother there does not answer, and we are very worried. When I do get through, they tell me they have no department. Am I making all this up?

Recently I was sitting in the waiting room and waited for the doctor for about 2 hours.

In the waiting room some women — either cleaners or nurses — deliver parcels to the wards, and they shamelessly and brazenly rummage through the bags and take for themselves the food that is meant for the women in labour.
