I recently called to book an appointment with a doctor. I was answered by a nationalist who demanded that I speak only Kazakh, because he does not understand anything. When I arrived, I had to stand in a queue for 2 hours. The doctor turned out to be just as much of a nationalist as that person on the phone. He asked questions unrelated to health, for example, why I still do not have 20 children, as if that were any concern of his. After the consultation he sent me for an MRI at Vektor, and only there and only to one particular girl. He told me to have tests done only at their place. On the receipt he wrote in Chinese, so I did not understand which test was needed.
Disliked
I disliked everything: the nationalism over the phone, and the doctor's same attitude, and the two-hour queue, and the questions not about health, and the referral only to an MRI Vektor to one particular girl, and the requirement to have tests done only with them, and the unclear appointment in Chinese. I do not recommend going to them. Everything is very bad.
