My child goes to this nursery, and the reception there is wonderful.

The carers are very attentive and treat every child with care. The child goes with pleasure, and every day they send us, the parents, photos and videos of what the children are doing.

I sent my child to this nursery for a trial day, and there were no particular complaints, it was just that some of the conditions did not suit me. After that I decided not to send my child to this nursery. There were no complaints, I said straight away that it did not suit me, and we parted on good terms. More than a month later I get a message from this nursery asking whether we would come to them or not, and I had already forgotten about them. I said that we go to another nursery.
Disliked
After that, an employee of this nursery — I do not know whether it was the head or a carer — started answering me very rudely! They need to somehow teach their employees to conduct conversations with people more diplomatically, regardless of whether children attend your nursery or not. I am also saying nothing about the fact that, having taken my child for a trial day, they did not ask for documents, at least about the child's health.

This was our first nursery, and we would have carried on going there if we had not moved out of town.

I really liked that my child developed quickly: he would come home, recite little poems, dance, sing. Here they develop all the children, teach them to write, to speak correctly, and train their memory. In ordinary nurseries the younger groups just play, watch cartoons and sleep, but here it is not like that. From the age of 2-3 a child will develop fully in three languages.
