The appointment took place at the Sayaly polyclinic, and for me this is convenient, because it is located not far from my home.
Liked
I like that the doctors and nurses here are very competent. I would especially like to single out the physician of district 2, Manira Toktalkyzy — always friendly, works quickly and efficiently, you can immediately see that she is a professional. I would also mention the nurse Ospanova Bakhytgul Sarsenbekkyzy: she issues all referrals and tickets very quickly. Together with the doctor they are a truly efficient team. And another big plus is that you do not have to sit in queues for two hours and wait for an appointment — here you do not waste extra time and receive quality service.

The appointment took place in a polyclinic that is located not far from my home, and for me that is very important.

I really liked the doctors — the dentist, gynaecologist, physician and ultrasound doctor. Both the gynaecologist and the physician gave me an accurate prescription. The ultrasound doctor is very competent. The dentist treated two of my daughter's teeth. The medical staff who take tests and work in the treatment room are very polite and professional.

Yesterday I went to show my paper, the doctor examined me and I received my first IV drip. Today when I came, they tell me to show my paper, but I forgot it at home. Everything is recorded in the journal, and even though I explained that I had received my first IV drip yesterday, they do not even listen properly.

Since the Sayaly polyclinic opened, there is no need to go to another district. Since I became pregnant, I have been constantly attending the day hospital — my bronchi keep getting inflamed, and I receive treatment there.

Every time I go to the polyclinic, there are girls at the reception who respond to everything. I would especially like to mention the nurse Bibisara Aitbaikyzy: she always greets me with a friendly face and a cheerful manner, and is always ready to help. When such nurses are by our side, we feel at ease. She has a light hand and is a strong specialist who finds a vein quickly. I wish Bibisara the happiness of being a Woman, a Mother, a Wife and a Grandmother!

I came to the treatment room with my small child, where Saitbayeva Bibisara Aitbaikyzy received us. My child was given injections for 10 days, and during this time we went to the polyclinic for the sake of that same Bibisara.

I express my endless gratitude to Bibisara Aitbaikyzy, she has a very light hand. She gives injections well to both small children and adults. She gives the injection completely painlessly. My child received injections for 10 days but did not cry, and did not even feel them being given. Her attitude towards patients is good, she is very humble. Thank you, Sara!

My appointment was on the 28th, I went into the treatment room at this clinic.
Disliked
There's a young girl sitting in the treatment room who doesn't know how to talk, it feels like she was picked up from Altyn Orda. You can't even go into the pharmacy — either one thing is out of stock, or another. The administrators sit and watch films. It's the 21st century outside, but they still only accept payment by transfer. What can you say about the building, where even the windows outside are dirty, like in a bathhouse after a company of soldiers. If you want to get ill — this place will cost you dearly.
