Patient story
I took my child to this centre, and the visit left only bad impressions.
Disliked
The centre is awful, under no circumstances should you send your child there! Let me start with the fact that we were intimidated, the classes are not at all what was promised, and in the end they never showed us the CCTV cameras. Instead of the stated 13-15 children per group, there are 23 children — so much for individual lessons. The food is unclear. In the play area a child has nowhere even to sit down: everything is covered with artificial turf, it is hard, and the children sit on it all day. The child was constantly ill — how can there be any wet cleaning if everything is covered with turf, you cannot even vacuum it. There is also a smell of damp. The centre's managers sing very well together, because they are in a relationship (it is unclear what they can be doing during working hours). Only an audio recording answers the calls. If you do not pick up your child after 18:00, you have to pay 1500 tg, even if you are 2 minutes late — they refer to a strict accountant who does not exist, and all the money goes to Tatyana's card.
