I was told that appointments are available around the clock, and I tried to get through by phone more than once.

They don't pick up the phone when you call, even though it's stated that they work around the clock, and this is not the first time I've called.

I needed to contact the clinic by phone, and I started calling more than an hour ago.
Disliked
I don't understand why they list a phone number if one is constantly unavailable and no one answers the other. It said they would call back later, but that didn't happen — no one ever called back. I doubt the reception desk was busy receiving patients all that time.

I had an appointment with a dentist at this medical centre.

I want to say thank you — I was pleased with the quality of service. The staff communicate politely, the services are provided at a high level, the equipment is new, the air conditioners work, the atmosphere is pleasant, and that's important for people with health problems. The prices for services are quite acceptable compared to many other medical institutions. In general, I recommend it, and I wish everyone good health!
