I called to arrange a doctor's home visit, and I was told that a visit is only possible from 9 to 11 in the morning, when there are few people, because they only have one nurse.
Disliked
I do not understand why they even state that home visits are available if in reality it is not the case. I am amazed by our system of service — we cannot even get treatment normally, without stress.

A nurse, Elmira, came to my home to give me an injection. It was not me who arranged the visit, but my husband, and he was quoted a price that included the visit — 1,000 tenge — and the injection itself — 600 tenge.
Disliked
The nurse arrived and, without washing her hands, immediately started the procedure. When I mentioned the sum, she said she also needed to pay for a taxi. Although my husband had been quoted a price that already included the visit and the injection. It left a very unpleasant aftertaste. Then she even wrote to my husband on WhatsApp that she had made a loss by going to give the injection. So does that mean the injection would then have cost around 3,000 tenge?

I want to say a big thank you to Samal. She does everything carefully, and that is the main thing for me. I like that she asks every time how I am feeling and whether everything is all right. Before, in other places, I always had a bruise left after a drip, but Samal does not even leave a trace of the needle. From now on I will only go to her.

She is a very brave woman: living on the other side of the city, during all those difficult and dangerous days from 5 January to 10 January 2022 she came to work. In the morning there were few people. I was given a drip, the nurses were different: one works three days in a row and does everything professionally, and the other, Elmira, two days, and is afraid of everything. When Elmira was putting in the drip, she breathed very, very fast and it hurt. Then I came again because a lump had formed, and she smeared the lump with heparin ointment. The lump went down, but the bruise remained.

The other nurse, Elmira, who works two days, is afraid: when she puts in a drip, she breathes very, very fast and it hurts more. She gave me a big bruise, she jabbed deep into the vein where usually no one had put it for me.
