I had an appointment with the nurse Dinara.

She is simply wonderful! Very polite, kind and understanding. She gets into the vein on the first try, does everything very carefully! My veins leave much to be desired, but with her it is not painful at all.

Today I was given an IV drip, and the nurse Nazira immediately turned on a high speed, but did not monitor the process.
Disliked
Because of this, the vein swelled, and after my complaint the IV drip was moved. The nurse did not apologise, she was rude in response to my questions, and about the swollen and aching vein she said that I was exaggerating. She is very rude and sharp.
