When I came for the appointment, there was no administrator at the desk, and I had to go into the rooms myself just to find someone.
Disliked
They only reply to messages after a day, they may promise something and not book you in; there is no administrator at the entrance, you have to look for people in the rooms, and the staff do not greet you very warmly.
