The reception desk employee communicates with patients simply disgustingly, the attitude is terrible. I believe that preventive work needs to be done with her.

I needed to collect my test results. I called as early as 17:15, but no one picked up. When I arrived at 18:50, everything was already closed, although the working hours are stated as until 19:00.

For 3 years now I have been coming from time to time to the allergist Madina Bakytovna. The therapist from the district polyclinic sent me around to various doctors in search of the cause of my bronchospasms, but this allergist suggested bronchial asthma — and turned out to be absolutely right. Recently, on her referral, I was treated free of charge in a day hospital, although at the polyclinic at my place of residence I could not achieve this.

I want to speak about the professionalism of this doctor. Thanks to her referral, I managed without inhalers for 2 weeks, and on top of that my sense of smell returned, which I had not had for several years. Thank you.
