The attitude of the reception desk employee towards us, the patients, is simply terrible and disgusting. Preventive work needs to be done with her.

I went to this clinic, and the appointment left me with an extremely unpleasant impression.
Disliked
The clinic is awful. The women at reception don't understand what it means to treat patients with respect: they eat right in front of visitors, and it is unpleasant to watch. The medicine and the work of the staff leave much to be desired. It is easier not to get ill, and if you do, you won't get proper treatment. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone. And the management ought to have a word with their staff and teach them ethics in dealing with patients.

The appointment took place at the RAC; at the reception desk everything was explained to me correctly and clearly. I was seen by the allergist Tokmurzaeva E.N.

I am very pleased with the work of the specialists at the RAC, and I would especially like to single out the allergist Tokmurzaeva E.N. — she is a master of her craft. After the prescribed treatment all the discomfort disappeared, and life became much better. Thank you!

I took an antibody test. How do pregnant women get their results? The website has not been working for a week.
Disliked
Travelling to the other end of the city to collect it during pregnancy in this heat is very hard. They never give you a queue number, and they don't pick up the phone.

I try to donate blood every two months and I go to this centre. Sometimes they call me and invite me to come in.
Liked
The staff are very attentive and polite: they greet you at the door, escort you to the rooms, through the buffet to the couch and back — everywhere you are surrounded with attention, warmth and care. It is a pleasure to go to this centre. Together we are all doing one big job — benefiting society. If you have the opportunity, donate blood, it can save a life!

All of this resembles a henhouse. The medical staff shout in the corridor, there is no etiquette at all. The level of service is 0.0.

I came for an appointment with the allergist Kapalbekova U.L. Already from the first appointment I was given an accurate diagnosis and prescribed treatment, after which I immediately felt relief and it became easier to breathe.
