A month ago I admitted my relative to the addiction department; the head of the department is Kasymova Nargiz Turganzhanovna. Before that we simply could not cope with her alcohol addiction, we tried everything. In the end we decided to admit her there. After 24 days she came out a normal, clear-thinking person, with a desire to live and move on without alcohol.

I am very grateful to the head of the department Kasymova Nargiz Turganzhanovna for her help and for restoring the person as a whole. She came out with her own convictions, and most importantly — having seen everything that was going on there, she said that she would definitely never go back there and would not drink alcohol, so as not to be like those patients she had seen. Great gratitude to the head of the department Kasymova N.T., as well as to the whole team of the centre. You are doing a great job.

I went to this centre to get a diagnosis and undergo treatment, and I spent 3 days there — all that time I was dealing with the RCPH on Amangeldy, 88.
Disliked
I would not advise anyone to go there for a diagnosis and treatment. The specialist Logacheva Natalya Nikolaevna behaved disgustingly towards me: she judged, criticised, asked tactless questions, was irritable and raised her voice at me. Because of this, I got the impression that she herself should get checked for mental health problems. It is clear that she does not improve her qualifications or update her knowledge, and in the field of mental health this is essential. Those 3 days at the RCPH on Amangeldy, 88 were like a waking nightmare for me. My rating is 0 out of 10.
