I came to the branch, and it turned out to be quite tiny — as far as I understood, there are only a couple of doctors there. For other specialists you have to go into the city, and moreover they do not accept you without a referral from this cheap branch.
Disliked
No one warned us anywhere that the branch is just a tiny place with a couple of doctors, and that you have to travel to the city to see other specialists. And without a referral from this cheap branch, they don't accept you in the city. In the end, I wasted several days.

I registered with this polyclinic a long time ago, almost since the branch first opened. Recently I needed to undergo re-examination for the MSE, the deadlines were tight, and I applied a month and a half in advance so that everything would be done in time.
Liked
Olesya from the reception is a real star: very responsive, explains everything in detail and patiently, and helps. The therapist, who is also a cardiologist, is quite good: before making a diagnosis, she refers you to other specialists so that everything is accurate. Overall, I like everything. Our therapist is trying to resolve the MSE issue.
Disliked
I don't like that you have to travel to Aiteke bi to see some specialists — it's not close and not convenient at all. I also encountered a serious problem: when I was applying for the MSE for re-examination, the deadlines are exact and you can't miss them, I applied a month and a half in advance, and they convinced me that we would make it. In the end, only a week was left, and the chief doctor, apparently the one at Aiteke bi, said that there was a big queue there. Even though that was exactly why I applied earlier. I don't know how they will resolve this, I hope everything will be fine. Otherwise, the whole family will have to look for a polyclinic with a more serious attitude.
