I had to deal with the staff at the reception.
Disliked
The reception is staffed by rude, indifferent and unprofessional people. They do not know how to talk to visitors. Because of them, the clinic's reputation suffers.

I came for a follow-up appointment and sat waiting for my turn from six in the morning, and only got in to see the doctor at one in the afternoon.
Disliked
I did not like that I had to wait so long — from six in the morning until one in the afternoon. I ask that measures be taken regarding service and the regulation of patient appointments.

We had an ultrasound of the brain done for our son, he is 8 months old. Previously we had this examination done twice at another place, but there the examination lasted at most 5 minutes and there were minimal words, although the clinic is quite good. This time the examination took 30 minutes.

I want to say a huge thank you to Kharchenko Yelena Anatolyevna! She examined everything very thoroughly and explained everything to me in detail. The attitude and approach to the child are simply wonderful — my little one just smiled. Most importantly, she explained everything to us, the parents, clearly and in accessible language. She also helped find the girls from the laboratory who could take blood from the little one. Thanks also to the nurse, a very pleasant girl. Huge gratitude to Yelena Anatolyevna and the clinic as a whole for such an approach to the client. How I wish I had known about such a wonderful specialist earlier!

I came with a one-month-old baby for an ultrasound to Kharchenko E.A. The baby was crying during the appointment.

The doctor is very friendly, she was in no hurry, she waited until the child calmed down, and she calmed him herself. As a specialist she is wonderful: she examined everything carefully and did not miss anything in the conclusion. She even drew the structure of the brain so that it would be clearer for us.
