I came to this centre with a snoring problem. I was given treatment on the R100 breathing apparatus, and the snoring has almost gone. They also did diagnostics of the spine, released the tension and got rid of my stoop.

I highly recommend this centre. After treatment on the breathing apparatus my endurance in sport improved, because I began to use my full lung volume under exertion. The specialist Almaz is simply a magician, I highly recommend him. I strongly advise going here, even if nothing is bothering you: they will check everything and give competent recommendations. Health is priceless, I wish the centre prosperity.

I came for a consultation, they looked at my tests, promised they would select a treatment plan, and after that they simply disappeared. I called, asked the administrator to arrange a time for me so that the procedures over the course of six months would always be at the same time. In response, they sang my praises, assured me that everything would definitely be arranged and that they would let me know soon. Six months passed. I called periodically and checked, but there was no reaction at all.

The appointment went excellently, it's the best thing that has happened to my back. The treatment is comprehensive: they will send you to a manual therapist, apply tapes, correct your breathing — but all only after agreement with the chief doctor.

I really like that all the staff are experts in their field, polite and positive. I love going in the morning to soak up this atmosphere. Very clean, modern, professional equipment, suitable for any age. It is 10000% worth the money. Personally, already after the first session I began to feel a real result in strengthening my back, each time it gets easier and better. My back stopped hurting in the mornings, my breathing became deeper, my headaches decreased. It sounds too perfect, but it really is so.

I went to the Saqtasyn clinic with acute pain. For more than 20 years I have been suffering from a hernia in the lumbar region: I couldn't sit without pain, walk, and in general any movement responded with severe pain. On a recommendation, I ended up with Almaz Altynbekovich. After the very first treatment session, the pain went away. I completed a course of treatment, and they rid me of a problem that had been bothering me for more than 20 years.

I went to this centre, and within a couple of days they relieved my acute lower back pain. The specialists identified the problems without an X-ray, and these were later confirmed on an MRI. They explained the cause of the problem clearly and are helping me eliminate it.
