I have been treated by Klimova Svetlana Vasilyevna for 29 years now. At the age of 17 I came to her at another clinic, where she worked at the time, and since then I only go to her.

This is my most beloved and the very best doctor! Words cannot convey how high her level of skill and quality of treatment are — she is like Master Yoda among the Jedi. I sent all my friends to her, and they likewise stayed at her clinic. Now her son works with her — Klimov Konstantin Viktorovich, a wonderful specialist and a high-level professional, as well as the wonderful, bright doctor Dinarochka Bakhtybekovna. Even when there is a long queue for appointments, I am ready to wait and endure as long as I can, but I will not go to another clinic.

I called the clinic to ask a question over the phone. They spoke to me rudely, mumbled something unintelligibly and hung up the call, without ever answering properly. I called back to clarify why they had hung up, since we had not even finished the conversation.
Disliked
The service is simply terrible. It is not even about the service, but about the attitude of the person who answers the calls. He just mumbles something and hangs up, without properly answering the question. When I called back to find out why they had hung up, since we had not finished talking, in response I heard with a smirk "and who are you?" — and they hung up again. I have never encountered such an attitude.

I had an implant placed and two teeth treated. At first I was treated by Konstantin Viktorovich, but it is difficult to get an appointment with him, so I continued with Dinara Bakhtybekovna.
