We came from Astana and for two months during the holidays, while we were in Atyrau, we brought our child here so as not to interrupt the rehabilitation. We visited a neuropsychologist, had sensory massage and saw a speech therapist-defectologist.

I am absolutely delighted! The administrator Aliya is very responsive and always tries to find a convenient schedule. All the specialists without exception are very empathetic, love children and are true professionals in their field. The sensory room is well equipped, the specialists have a lot of auxiliary materials, and it is noticeable that modern technologies and research are used in working with special children. The waiting areas for parents are also well equipped, which is also important. I definitely recommend it.

I went to see an osteopath. For a long time I couldn't bring myself to go, because I didn't believe it would be effective. Since my teenage years my back has been crooked, and I had already tried everything.

The result is impressive right away. Even regular yoga didn't give such an effect as the hands of this osteopath. Many thanks. Tonight, for the first time in a long while, I slept on my back, and it was comfortable. Usually I can only sleep on my stomach, and my back wouldn't lie straight. I recommend it to everyone!

The centre is good. Leila is an excellent specialist, she quickly found common ground with my child and conducted a thorough diagnosis. She is a very pleasant girl and a professional in her field. The centre itself is cosy and conveniently located — this place is easy to find, and the closed gates restrict access to the road, which is very safe, thank you for that. Nice, polite girls on WhatsApp helped me and booked an appointment. The centre works at times convenient for clients.
Disliked
One downside — it is impossible to pay via terminal, they only accept cash and transfer, and that is inconvenient, since not everyone has Kaspi cards.

The results are simply excellent. The drooling stopped right away, there was progress — she even started saying syllables. The service is super. The admin is great, kind, loves children. The child is taken to the specialists by them. The specialists are the very best. We liked everything. This centre is much better, even better than the centre in Astana.

Our daughter has a speech delay, so we searched a lot for a speech therapy centre that works in the Kazakh language. When we saw the advertisement for the Shag vpered centre, we were glad that it was located close to home. We came to this centre and worked with the specialists there.

All the staff are true professionals in their field, and we became convinced that they work not just to make money, but to genuinely help. Many thanks to the speech therapist Aiman apa, the organiser Aliya apa, Akmaral apa who works with the equipment, the psychologist Aizhan apa and Asylbek aga who works with exercise therapy. A wonderful, genuinely humane and close-knit team. We wish your work nothing but prosperity, our gratitude is boundless. The centre never once asked us to write a review, we recommend it sincerely, a truly wonderful centre.

We came to the centre with our daughter Arailym, and from the first day of consultations I saw professional work and a caring attitude towards children and their problems. We work comprehensively with three specialists: the defectologist-speech therapist Aigerim, exercise therapy with Asylbek, and we get massage, BAC and micropolarisation from Akmaral. Exactly a month of intensive sessions — and there is progress.

A very attentive and sensitive approach to all children. We go with pleasure, good educational toys, modern equipment. After a month of sessions they set the sounds S, Z and Sh for us, my daughter learned to keep her balance on one leg and to jump, and thanks to Akmaral's acupressure massage her muscles have noticeably strengthened. I especially thank the administrator Aliya — she takes a very client-oriented approach to scheduling and other requests. We are glad that we ended up at this particular centre, and now we confidently move forward with a team of professionals.

We have been going to this centre for the second month now, and my son has noticeable progress.

I really like this place. Firstly, the location is convenient, and inside it is very cosy, you feel at home. Secondly, wonderful specialists: speech therapist Aiman, neuropsychologist Aizhan and massage therapist Akmaral know how to find an approach to a child, after the sessions they explain everything to parents in detail, they love children. In other centres, after a session you ask how everything went, and the answer is a dry "good". Thirdly, the administrator is always accommodating, tries to arrange the schedule so that it is convenient for us. And while the child is waiting for their time, there is a room with toys where you can wait. In general, a human attitude towards clients. I highly recommend it!
