I started seeing Denis Vladimirovich even before he moved to this clinic, and I have been under his care for more than 10 years. During this time I have had implants placed, and there were cases of extraction and prosthetics, including urgent and complicated ones.

I tried to book an appointment by phone, but I couldn't get through.
Disliked
Over 2 hours of calling, the number [number hidden] did not answer 12 times, no one picked up — as if this were an appointment with Tokayev. Why put this number there at all? I called the number from the scrolling line 8705…, it turned out to be the doctor's number, and he was busy — he redirected me to [number hidden], which doesn't answer 12 times. Wonderful doctors, they must fancy themselves Kings of Dentistry?

I had a complex tooth extraction with the doctor Denis, after which alveolitis started. He cleaned the socket twice more, and each time it meant new anaesthesia and repeated trauma to the gum. At another clinic they cleaned it once and stitched it up straight away — and everything healed. I also know that he pulled out teeth for two of my friends that could have been treated.
Disliked
The doctor Denis doesn't know how to treat: he never cured the alveolitis after the complex extraction, and two additional socket cleanings meant new anaesthesia and repeated trauma to the gum for me. He removed teeth for two of my friends that could have been saved. I don't recommend him. Better to pay a little more but be at ease.

He is an excellent doctor, he knows his craft and performs it confidently, instilling confidence in the patient that it will go well. All his fillings hold up perfectly, you forget where they are. The prosthetics are also top-notch.
