The clinic is very poor. A doctor named Elmira did not clean my tooth properly, and as a result I had to go to another clinic. Do not go here at all, you will spend twice as much money.

I had an appointment at the dental practice, and this place made an extremely unpleasant impression on me.
Disliked
The equipment there is dirty, everything is splattered with the blood of previous patients. The doctors make money on the side, and gloves are not changed after patients. For a dental practice, this is too dirty and unhygienic a place.

I happened to have a tooth treated at this clinic, and during the appointment there was noise in the room — a man was working with a jackhammer and pounding the wall, while some woman was bringing in meat, apparently from a wholesaler.
Disliked
These are the worst doctors imaginable. The head of the clinic likes to ask where I work. It feels like everyone here is obsessed with money, and the equipment is dirty. What goes on here looks less like a dental practice and more like a den. I hope that one day all of you will be stripped of your licence.

I came to see Dr Mukhtar with an already known diagnosis — I had a broken tooth. The doctor treated a different tooth for me, assuring me that it was the one that was broken, and sent me home. When I got home, it became clear that the broken tooth had remained untouched.

I was planning to come to you, but I never did. I called the information desk at 22:30, because it was stated that you work around the clock. I needed to find out whether I could have a panoramic X-ray done at your place.
Disliked
The man who picked up the phone spoke to me terribly rudely. To my question about whether that was possible, he shouted that I should call tomorrow, and that he didn't know, even though I spoke politely. The service is terrible, we definitely won't go to this clinic if they create such an atmosphere even on the phone. I ask you to hire adequate people, because such boorish attitude ruins everything from the first minute.

I have been a patient at this clinic for more than a year now. A lot has changed there recently: they did a renovation, and it has become bright and cosy. I had treatment with Dr Tyukalov Aleksandr Petrovich, and he put all my teeth in order.

We live next to this clinic and go there all the time as a whole family. They have finally done a renovation there.
Liked
The clinic is good, everything is done well. The prices are affordable, everyone is friendly.
Disliked
But Dr Damir still hasn't been replaced. I advise seeing any doctor except Damir. He doesn't know how to work, he is very nervous and rude, and he doesn't like it when you ask him questions about the treatment. For now I give it 3 with a reluctant plus.
