I came to the Shipager Almaty clinic, and a tooth was removed by dentist Chaimukhambetova Elmira. Everything went easily and quickly, and the tooth has already healed. We also treat and continue to treat the teeth of my little son, who is 3 years old. After the tooth extraction, nurse Ultuar gave an IV drip.

I took my daughter Ailin to Doctor Elmira Kelamanovna to treat her teeth, and she treated all of her teeth. My daughter went to the treatment herself every day without fear and with pleasure.

We were booked for an appointment, we came, but there was a force majeure: the doctor's child fell ill. We were understanding about it, and we were rebooked after the holidays — for 11 May at 14:00, and my niece for 14:30. We come on 11 May at our time, and with a little one as well, and it turns out that another person had been booked for our time, and we were not even warned, no one called us.

Irresponsible work by the administrator. We have been waiting for 55 minutes already and it is unknown how much longer we will have to wait. We have been walking around with a temporary filling for more than a week. The first time we were a little late — and we were not seen, apparently because we were late. And now for the second time we cannot get in.

My son is 3 years old, and the paediatrician referred us to this dentist — and it is good that she did. On the very first day my son was given a cement filling, and within a week 5 teeth were treated. My son's name is Diyar, so that no one thinks this is a bot or a bought review.

The doctor and the nurses are very pleasant, polite and caring. I haven't met such good dentists for a long time. They treat children wonderfully: I was very worried, I thought my son would be in pain and would cry, but he didn't cry, on the contrary, he smiled and opened his mouth wide. The dentist communicated with the child so well that she gave him no reason to be afraid; he was given toys to distract him. Thank you very much! Alla razy bolsyn!
