I have been under Kurmanbek's care for more than ten years now, and for me he is a doctor with a capital D. I have always received treatment on Sechenova, and I really like the team there.
Liked
Huge thanks to him for everything. On Sechenova I like the whole team: Mika at reception is simply a sunshine, very sweet and polite. Fatima is a clever girl, she gives the best massage. It is a pleasure to come to them for treatment.
Disliked
But on Luganskogo, at reception, Gulmaral, Aliya and Aizhan are simply a nightmare. They sit there acting important, rude, unable to answer anything and simply unwilling to. My acquaintances who received treatment on Luganskogo have the same opinion. This damages the reputation of Kurmanbek and the clinic. I ask you to talk to them and take measures. I was in hospital for 2 weeks with a hernia; the treatment included acupuncture and massage.
Disliked
It cost 400k, and there was still no result — everything remained as before, it didn't help at all. The prices are astronomical, and all for nothing.
