I called a nurse to my home to give an elderly person a drip. On the phone I warned several times that the veins were bad, and I was promised that an experienced nurse would come. In the end, a young man arrived who was completely unprepared for the procedure.
Disliked
The young man arrived without work clothes, without a mask and without gloves, as if he had been called in from the street. He did not even have a tourniquet with him — we had to look for one at home, we found a sports rubber band, but he could not adjust it and cut it, damaging property. He tried several times to get into the vein, could not, gave an intramuscular injection, the person screamed in pain, and he said: "Why are you so emotional?" The person is lying there with pneumonia. In the end we asked him to leave. Now there is tissue swelling at that spot. I gave one star just to submit the review.
