I came for an appointment, and I was only told that they would put braces on.
Disliked
Nothing at all was explained: no X-rays, no diagnostics, no treatment plan — there was no consultation about this at all.

I was told over the phone to come without an appointment for a consultation, I travelled across the whole city, but the doctor was not there and I was sent to another place.

When I asked why I had not been warned over the phone, I was told that they had forgotten. All of this is terrible.

I booked an appointment in advance for 16:00, took time off work and came to the clinic. I was met by the administrator, then I was invited into the room. I lay down in the chair, and the assistant began preparing me for tooth extraction. Then the doctor came in, looked at my teeth and said that I needed to have an allergy test, but this clinic does not do such tests, so I had to do it elsewhere and then come back. I asked why, since the administrator had not said or warned me about this. The doctor was silent and offered his apologies.

I do not need apologies, because I wasted my time for nothing. I am not a doctor, but a patient who does not understand teeth, how was I supposed to know what to do and how to do it. Surely it is the administrator's duty to inform. Overall, terrible service from the staff, complete disappointment, they do not know how to work at all, as if it is their first day on the job.

After the appointment I was in a great mood for the whole day. The doctor did everything very neatly and beautifully, supported me, asked about how I was feeling, explained how to take care, and afterwards even writes about my health. I am very pleased and grateful.

This is not the first time I have gone to this dental clinic. I had my teeth treated, had extractions, and recently got braces fitted. I still go there.

Excellent dental clinic. It has almost become a family clinic — my parents come here too. I recommend it to everyone, all the staff are very polite and competent in their field. And most importantly — the prices, very reasonable compared to many in the city.
