I go to Leila every month because of braces.
Liked
Leila is an excellent specialist, she always explains everything in detail and gives advice, very polite. The prices are good too. If it weren't for one circumstance, I would confidently give 5+.
Disliked
I would like them to change the administrator. She replies rather rudely on WhatsApp, and when you come in person and ask something, it's as if she doesn't care at all, she ignores you. When I ask again — she answers reluctantly. I've noticed this more than once, I wrote a review because of the unpleasant aftertaste. Honestly, just because of this the desire to come here disappears. Unpleasant, of course.

The woman sits on her phone and chats, didn't respond to my greeting, I said hello again — and got ignored again, she just sits there on her own. This doesn't even deserve one star, I wouldn't advise anyone to come here.

I came for an appointment with the dentist Nurpeis. Before that I had endured the pain for more than a week, and other dentists would not take me because of a mistake made by another doctor.

The service here is top-notch: the administrator is a very polite and pleasant girl, she always warns about appointments in advance, and that makes the service even better. The doctors are very competent and take their work with the utmost seriousness. If you have a fear of dentistry, I advise you to overcome it, because all procedures are painless. Besides, the clinic is very clean, all sanitary and hygienic standards are observed. Take care of yourselves ♥️
