I came for an appointment regarding the removal of a papilloma on my neck, the procedure took 5-7 minutes. Before that I called around 10 clinics.
Liked
The price was 500 tenge, and the doctor gave me a healing cream for free. In other clinics they ask 5000 tenge for the removal of one papilloma, plus a mandatory consultation for 5000 tenge.
Disliked
In other clinics they do not want to remove it without a consultation.

I liked their attitude towards patients — attentive, as well as the fact that they help competently and approach the matter knowledgeably. It is clear that the doctors are devoted to their profession and work conscientiously. A small lump appeared on my arm, and I came to this centre. I was advised to have cryotherapy, for which I paid 8000.
Disliked
After the cryotherapy the scab came off, but the lump remained exactly as it was. The consultation turned out to be absolutely useless, and it seems they have no qualifications.

Their appointment took only 3 minutes. I paid 5000 tenge. I was prescribed some injection that is not available in any pharmacy, and also medicines for another 10000 tenge. In total, it comes to 20000 tenge. I still do not know how much that injection costs, the one I could not find. I did not buy it at the pharmacy — I decided to wait, maybe it would go away on its own. And it did!

I came for an appointment, but I encountered the fact that people without a medical education work there. I asked to be shown at least a photo of a certificate, diploma or something similar.

In response to my request to provide at least a photo of a certificate, diploma or something similar, I was rudely told that she is only an assistant, and if I do not trust her, then I could leave without paying for the appointment.
