I came for hair removal with the technician Molly. The procedure went easily, and we had a very nice chat.

I had been to this salon before, and everything was fine. This time I booked a manicure, arrived exactly on time for my appointment, but the receptionist asked me to wait. About 10 minutes passed, I said I had to go to the airport afterwards, and I was asked to wait another 5 minutes or so. In the end I sat there for about 35 minutes, and when I said again that I would be late for the airport, I was once again offered to wait 5 minutes. As a result, I never got my manicure done.
Disliked
I understand everything, maybe they had things to deal with and so on. But if a client is already waiting, they could have said that the technician would be free in 40–50 minutes, and I wouldn't have wasted time for nothing. I had to take time off work for this, and in the end I was left without a manicure. I am very disappointed and upset!

The salon itself is excellent, especially the technicians. I like the podologist Kristina and the laser hair removal technician. I was especially pleased by the bottled water — it's just perfect! I recommend this salon to everyone.

I didn't like the eyebrow lamination at all: the result didn't last, and the correction didn't turn out very well. For 12,000 it's not worth it.

I go to the salon specifically because of the master Madina — she does manicures very well. The salon itself is beautifully decorated, with aesthetics.

The master Madina does manicures excellently, which is why I go specifically here. The salon is aesthetic and beautiful. In spring, when it was cool, there were blankets. Overall everything is clean.

The only thing is that the girl at the reception is not particularly friendly.

I came to the salon, and the first thing I immediately noticed was the interior: everything is decorated with taste and intelligence, so you want to come back here again and again.

Even such little things as toiletries in the toilet and a shoehorn after a pedicure have been thought through — that's real care for the client. The coffee is made in a proper coffee machine, and that's also part of the service, whereas in other salons you have to pay for it separately. I was pleased with the nail technician's work: everything was neat, quick and, most importantly, high quality.

I came to this salon, and the receptionist forgot to enter my appointment into the system, which is why I had to wait two hours for the technician.
Disliked
The service is terrible, the receptionist showed incredible ignorance: she made no attempt to solve the problem, ignored me, spoke rudely, got personal and lectured me on how to live. Because of such disrespectful attitude towards clients, I do not recommend this salon.
