I visited this salon, and it turned out to be old, as if from the last century.
Disliked
There are no male masters there, and the female masters leave much to be desired. This is the most terrible service I have encountered in my life. I wish the masters good luck and prosperity.

I liked everything very much: the studio is great, the staff are very polite and pleasant. The atmosphere is calm and cosy — no noise, fuss or mess, as happens in some salons.

The four of us booked: the bride, her friends and her mother. We all had a different master, and all of us found the result unsatisfactory. You show the desired look in advance, but they do it their own way. I asked for it to be redone, but it came out the same, only we wasted time. I wanted a delicate peach-pink look for the bride, I even showed a photo of previous makeup, but I got a dark purple-violet one, and the master kept insisting for a long time that it was pink.

One star only thanks to the master Lyudmila, otherwise it would have been 0. The hairstyle was done exactly the way we wanted.

They don't know how to do makeup here. The result was unsatisfactory for everyone, even though there were 4 different masters. You show the look in advance, but they do it their own way. I asked for it to be redone — it came out the same, only we wasted time. Instead of a delicate peach-pink makeup for the bride, we got a dark purple-violet one, which the master stubbornly called pink. We are disappointed with the salon and the service.

I wanted to change my haircut, searched for a master for a long time, and on a friend's advice I found one.

I was pleased with the result. I want to say a big thank you to the hair stylist Lyudmila. She is very sweet, pleasant and kind-hearted. Lyudmila understands and feels hair, she has golden hands. I recommend her.

I was served there where, as they write, a discount for residents of the residential complex applies; I had makeup done, I am 40 years old.

Apparently, unqualified employees work there; you shouldn't fall for the advertising and for Saniya in general — it's all a front.

I have been a client of this salon more than once, because I live in this residential complex. This time I came there again — and I will never set foot there again.
Disliked
The salon is terrible, the staff are disgusting and low-level. They do not know how to cut hair at all, there is no attention to clients whatsoever. The premises are in a basement. In my presence they were smoking IQOS at the entrance, I made a remark that they should smoke in the designated place. Master Ainur and master Aigerim both started showering me with phrases from Instagram — that I am a toxic person and that IQOS does not bother anyone.

Aigerim and Bobek are highly qualified masters. The management is very attentive and friendly. I recommend this salon.
